IMPACT

Individuals Making Positive Artistic Change Together

 

VISION

The Mixed Company Theatre IMPACT Committee seeks to provide youth with a creative outlet to initiate social change.

MANDATE

To achieve this vision the committee intends to educate and empower communities through forum theatre that is a reflection of the youth we represent.   We will acknowledge and recognize that everyone is an expert in their own lives and comes from backgrounds of varied experiences. 

GUIDELINES

• Assist Mixed Company Theatre by providing feedback on company projects.
• Continue to promote the work of the committee, invite and encourage new members.
• Each member has the ability to amend the agenda and guidelines, schedule opportunities and voice new ideas.
• Each member should demonstrate commitment to the committee through active participation and regular attendance at meetings.
• Each member has the responsibility to recognize the committee’s time, follow up on commitments and ensure that another member is aware if attendance is not possible.
• Each member has the responsibility to listen to and respect each others’ opinions at the meetings and during the development of projects.
