For community leaders

For over two decades, Mixed Company has helped organizations develop and present original Forum Theatre plays to address issues and concerns within their communities. From raising awareness of workplace accessibility for the physically disabled, to addressing current risks for urban youth, to involving residents in a production to celebrate their community's history by rallying them around its amalgamated future, Mixed Company Theatre has played a vital role in creating positive, lasting social change.

In addition to working with community leaders to address their specific needs, Mixed Company Theatre has developed its own project for social change. For nearly two decades, Mixed Company’s Cobblestone Theatre Project has created theatre with and for the homeless, challenging stereotypes, changing perspectives and re-creating lives in the process.
